We work to keep website information accurate and current, but service descriptions, prices, product availability, business hours, technicians, and estimated wait times may change. Information displayed online does not guarantee immediate service availability. Please confirm the selected service and final price with the salon before treatment begins.
Walk-ins and appointments
Guests are served according to technician availability, service requirements, and salon operations. Wait times vary. Complex nail art, removal, repairs, long-length enhancements, multiple services, or specialty treatments may require additional time or may not be available near closing.
Appointments can be booked on our Book online page. Booking online requires an account on this website: you sign in, or create one, as you book. No payment or deposit is taken online; you pay at the salon for the services you receive. You can cancel an online booking from My bookings up to one hour before it begins; after that, please call 704-302-5108. Each guest may have up to three upcoming online bookings at a time.
Arriving late. Please arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment. We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. If you arrive later than that, we will serve you as soon as a technician is free, as we do walk-in guests, and your technician may change.
Missed appointments. If you cannot come, please let us know: cancel an online booking from My bookings up to one hour before it begins, or call 704-302-5108. We keep a record of appointments missed without notice. After two of them, we may stop holding appointments for you; you are always welcome as a walk-in guest.
Guest responsibilities and health information
Guests must provide accurate information about existing nail products, sensitivities, allergies, injuries, skin conditions, medications, recent procedures, and other circumstances relevant to a safe cosmetic service. Salon services are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Siam Nail Spa may postpone, modify, or decline a service when a condition appears unsafe, outside cosmetic scope, or unsuitable for the requested treatment.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising a minor, selecting age-appropriate services, providing required consent, and disclosing relevant health or sensitivity information.
Your result before you pay
Before you pay, your technician will ask whether you are happy with your nails. Please look closely and tell us then if you would like anything changed, such as the shape, length, color or finish. We will fix it while you are still at the salon, at no extra charge.
Paying for your service and leaving the salon means you have accepted the result. We do not give refunds or free redos for concerns raised after you have left. If a nail chips, breaks or lifts after your visit, its repair is a new service at our listed price.
Results and aftercare
Service results and longevity vary with natural nail or hair condition, skin type, lifestyle, product history, growth cycles, maintenance, and aftercare. Follow the aftercare instructions your technician gives you. Do not peel or forcefully remove professional products.
Acceptable website use
You may use this website only for lawful personal purposes.
