What to know
How walk-ins work
Arrive during salon hours and tell our team which service you are considering. We will explain the current wait and help you choose the right option.
Booking a set time
Choose a service, a time and, if you like, who does it on our Book online page, or call 704-302-5108 to request an appointment.
Planning a group visit
For several guests or multiple services, arriving earlier in the day gives the team more flexibility. Service starts remain subject to technician availability.
For the smoothest visit
- Allow time to choose colors and discuss length, shape, or design.
- Tell us at arrival if you need more than one service.
- Mention sensitivities, injuries, or special comfort needs before service.
- Arrive early enough for the full service before closing.
Important: Walk-ins are served as efficiently as possible, but wait times vary with service length, staffing, and demand. We would rather give every guest careful work than rush a service.
